VIII CONSENT AGENDA All items below are considered to be routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. A. Consider approving the February 5th Pre-Agenda and Council meeting minutes. (Fugett)

B. Consider approving 2nd reading of rezoning request ZC23-22 for the properties located at 140, 142, and 2022 Sir George Circle; Iredell County Tax Map Parcel #’s 4733-94-1904, 4733-95-1123, and 4733-94-2993; to rezone from B-5 (General Business) District to R-8 (Medium Density Single-Family Residential) District. C. Consider approving a Resolution for AX24-02, directing the City Clerk to Investigate a Petition of Annexation for PIN #4745-98-1334, 4077 Industrial Park, LLC/Kathy Godley Property located on Odessa Drive; Receive the City Clerk’s Certificate of Sufficiency; Consider approving a Resolution fixing a date of March 4, 2024, for a public hearing for the petition for annexation. D. Consider approving a request from the City of Statesville Fire Department to apply for the FY23 FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grants. (G. Kurfees)

E. Consider approving a five-year hangar lease with South Ramp Aviators, LLC to rent the hangar at 251 Hangar Drive on the Statesville Regional Airport in the amount of $12,000 per year. (Ferguson)

F. Consider approval of an audit contract for fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 with Martin Starnes & Associates, CPA’s, P.A. (Carr)

G. Consider adopting the Records Retention and Disposition Schedule for Local Government Agencies that aligns with the current policy issued by the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources Division of Archives and Records. (E. Kurfees)
