Healthy Social Behavior Specialist (Region 9)

The Healthy Social Behavior (HSB) Specialist is responsible for providing resources, training, and technical assistance to child care providers in licensed child care centers to assist in the development of pro-social classroom supports and to identify, prevent, and address challenging behaviors in young children in child care settings, ultimately resulting in a reduction in the expulsion of children from child care programs.
